Giacomo was born about 1800 in Casoli, the son of Antonio Caniglia and Maddalena DiLisio.
He died before 1864. The place is not known.[Note 2]
His wife was Maria Vincenza DiGiulio, who he married in BEF 1836. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Casimiro (1836-?).
