Tommaso was born about 1749 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Felicia Palma DiPelino, who he married in ABT 1775. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Remigio (c1777-?), Maria Cristina (c1784-?) and Pietro Paolo (c1785-1819).
