Angela was born about 1788 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Francesco Rossi, who she married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Rocca Antonia (1811-?), Maria Domenica (1815-?), Giuseppe Antonio (1818-1818) and Michelina (1821-?).
