Pasquale was born about 1818 in Palena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Maria Nicola Gasbarro, who he married on 20 APR 1850 in Palena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Maria Giovina (1851-?) and Gregorio (1853-?).

His second wife was Nicola Vittendi, who he married in ABT 1860 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their only known child was Falco (1861-1861).
