Paolo was born about 1782 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Vincenza Buccilli, who he married in ABT 1805. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Michele (c1808-1812), Felice Amabile (1812-?) and Maria Micchelina (1816-?).
