Francesco was born about 1730 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Nunziata DiClaudio, who he married in ABT 1750 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their three known children were Berardina (c1752-1835), Rosa Bianca (c1759-?) and Antonio (c1761-1817).

His second wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Bartolomeo (c1760-<1810).
