Rocca was born about 1779 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Biase Fabrizi, who she married in ABT 1798. The place has not been found. Their twelve known children were Maria Cristina (c1800-?), Maria Giuseppa (c1801-1844), Michelina (c1809-1812), Giuseppe (c1810-?), Rosalia Baldassare (1811-1812), Luigi Antonio (1812-1812), Maria Rosaria (1812-1812), Luigi Antonio Rocco (1813-1819), Michelina Palma Baldassarra (1816-?), Giuseppe Antonio (1818-1818), Maria Angela (1820-1820) and Luigi Antonio (1821-1823).
