Francesco was born about 1783 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Nicola DiCesare, who he married in ABT 1808. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Rocca Antonia (c1810-?), Maria Candelora (1814-?), Angela Raffaele (1818-1819), Angela Vincenza (1820-?) and Pasqua Rosa (1823-?).
