Pasquale was born about 1749 in Colvetto, Fagnano Alto, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Lucia Cincis. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Arcangelo (c1769-1841), Domenica (c1769-1819), Domenico Antonio (c1775-1855), Maria Giuseppa (c1780-1830) and Francesco Saverio (c1781-1855).
