Vincenzo was born about 1770 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Rosato, who he married in ABT 1795. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Maria Celeste (c1799-?), Sebastiano Lonardo Antonio (1811-1812), Maria Donata (1814-1815), Rocco (c1815-1818) and Rocco Antonio (1817-?).
