Rosa was born about 1790 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Giovanni Santilli, who she married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Anna Antonia (1811-?), Pelino (1814-?) and Domenico Antonio (1818-?).
