Paolo was born about 1757 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Rosa DiLoreto, who he married in ABT 1782. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Vincenza (c1787-1830) and Anna Domenica (c1788-?).
