Palma was born about 1782 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Onofrio Mariolucci, who she married in ABT 1801. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Giacomo Antonio (c1802-?), Maria Domenica (c1806-?), Angela Rosa (1812-?) and Gaetano (c1815-1817).
