Francesco was born about 1713 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Camilla D'Amico, who he married in ABT 1739. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Pasquale (c1750-1817) and Giusta (c1753-1817).

His second wife was Agnese Romanelli, who he married in ABT 1744. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Vincenzo (c1755-1818).
