His wife was Cesaria Merlino, who he married in ABT 1850. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Maria Filomena (1851-1915), Alessandro Pietro (1856-?), Maria Giovanna (1858-1896), Giovanni Battista (1861-?), Giovanni R. Crisostimo (1862-1952) and Pietro (1867-?).
