Riziero was born in 1886 in Celano, the son of unknown parents.
He died in 1936 in Rochester.[Note 2]
His wife was Concetta Stornelli, who he married in ABT 1910 in Celano. Their three known children were Lorenzo Colombo (1913-?), Santina (c1916-?) and Caterina (c1918-?).
