His wife was Anna Domenica d'Alessandro, who he married in ABT 1801. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Cristina (c1803-1858), Maria Cristina (c1805-?), Francesco (c1811-1813), Angela Raffaele (1813-?), Maria Loreta (1816-1816), Maria Maddalena (1817-1822) and Anna Antonia (1820-?).
