Felice was born about 1773 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Rosaria Santarelli, who he married in ABT 1803. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Loreto Antonio (c1804-?), Nunzia Rosa (1811-1812), Nunzia (1813-?) and Rocco (1818-1818).
