Olimpio was born in 1725 in Ortucchio, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Lucia Sinibaldi, who he married in ABT 1750. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Domenica (1751-1817), Vincenza (1754-1818), Giustino (1755-1804), Felice (c1755-1820) and Maria Giuseppa (1760-1825).
