Carmine was born about 1771 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Crescenza Presutti, who he married in ABT 1789. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Anna Felicia (c1795-?), Marta (c1795-1817), Vincenzo Antonio (c1808-?), Angela Teresa (1811-1817) and Maria Annunziata Antonia (1815-1815).
