Pasquale was born about 1780 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Anna Domenica Petrella, who he married in ABT 1807. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Lodovico (1812-?), Maria Nicola (1816-1817) and Maria Carmina (1819-?).
