Domenico was born in 1859 in L'Aquila, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Lucia Bianchi, who he married in ABT 1885. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Antonio (1887-?), Luigi (1890-?), Caterina (1892-?) and Giovanni (1895-?).
