Loreto was born about 1769 in Tussio, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Anna Maria Galano unknown, who he married in ABT 1794. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Navilia (c1799-1864), Rachele (c1803-1873) and Maria Amabile (c1807-1841).
