Domenico was born about 1776 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Smaralda Cavicchia, who he married in ABT 1795 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their six known children were Stefano (c1796-1817), Maria Antonia (c1802-1817), Pasquantonia (c1802-1817), Pulcheria (c1804-1817), Domenica (c1811-1817) and Domenicantonio (1811-1817).

His second wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Innocenzo (1826-?).
