Pasquale was born about 1785 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Giacinta Cutarella. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Cesidia (c1807-1812), Angela (c1810-1812), Domenico Antonio (1811-1811) and Angela Raffaele (1813-1813).
