Cesidio was born about 1772 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Grazia Mastropietro, who he married in ABT 1795. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Giovanni Battista (c1800-1817), Concezia (c1810-?), Antonio Raffaele (1812-1817) and Raffaele Modesto (1815-?).
