Saverio was born about 1777 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Loreta Liberatore, who he married in ABT 1795. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Francesco (c1796-?), Rosa Maria (1812-1814) and Rosa Maria (1818-1823).
