Rosa was born about 1787 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Crescenzo Tedeschi. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Maria Felicia (1811-?), Vincenza (1813-?), Giuseppe Antonio (1816-1819) and Maria Giuseppe (1819-?).
