Luigi was born about 1788 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Vincenza Palombizio, who he married in ABT 1813. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Anna Domenica (1814-?), Luciano (1819-?) and Maria Donata (1825-?).
