Concezio was born about 1773 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Riparata Liberatore, who he married in ABT 1800. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Lonardo Antonio (1813-1813) and Maria Giuseppe (1815-?).
