Felice was born about 1766 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Angiola Giuseppa d'Angelo, who he married in ABT 1790. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Domenico Antonio (c1791-?), Concezia (c1795-?), Luigi (c1795-?) and Maria Nunzia (c1800-?).
