Camilla was born about 1790 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.

Her husband was Gaetano Polce, who she married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their seven known children were Maria Serafina Sebastiana (1811-?), Vincenzo Gennaro (1813-?), Eusebio Giuseppe Antonio (1816-1816), Eusebio Giuseppe Antonio (1817-?), Anna Maria (1820-?), Felice Antonio (1823-?) and Vito Antonio (1828-?).
