Giuseppe was born about 1775 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Giuseppe Vallera, who he married in ABT 1799. The place has not been found. Their five known children were Angela (c1800-?), Domenico (c1805-1818), Luigi (1811-?), Micchelina (1815-?) and Domenico Antonio (1819-?).
