Giacomo was born about 1770 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Francesca Ficca, who he married in ABT 1790. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Carmine (c1791-?) and Lucia (c1820-?).
