Pietro was born about 1776 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Angela Teresa DiProspero, who he married in ABT 1800. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Maria Domenica (1812-?) and Francesco (c1813-1863).
