Giacomo was born about 1779 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Cristina Zavarella, who he married in ABT 1810. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Giuseppe (1811-1814), Anna Giuseppa (1814-?) and Angela Rosa Maria (1817-?).
