Maria was born about 1787 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the daughter of unknown parents.
Her husband was Francesco DiBenedetto, who she married in ABT 1808. The place has not been found. Their six known children were Carmine Antonio Dolcissimo (1811-?), Maria Giuseppe Antonia (1814-1818), Giovanni Antonio Maria (1817-?), Domenico Antonio (1821-?), Maria Giuseppa (1824-?) and Giuseppe Antonio (1827-?).
