Carmine was born about 1771 in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Intermacco. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their five known children were Clemente (c1752-1818), Venanzo (c1806-?), Maria Luisa (1811-1813), Maria Luigia (1814-1816) and Carmina (c1822-?).
