His second wife was Serafina Vitacolanna, who he married in 1855 in Lettopalena, Chieti, Italy. Their four known children were Giovina Filomena (1856-?), Mariantonia (1858-?), Vincenzo (1860-1861) and Nunziata (1862-?).
