Giulio was born about 1803 in Montorio nei Frentani, the son of unknown parents.
His wife was Maria Clementina Girardi, who he married in ABT 1821. The place has not been found. Their four known children were Maria Giulia (1822-?), Maria Teresa (1827-?), Maria Caterina Agnese (1829-?) and Maria Cherubina Carlotta (1831-?).
