His wife was Maria Giuseppa Iacovetta, who he married in ABT 1918. The place has not been found. They had no known children.

As the story goes, my Grandfather
Vincenzo Carfagna was a tailor trained in Rome who at
one point became the mayor of the town. He was a
landowner and they seemed to have a nice life before
coming to America.
