Vincenzo was born in 1862 in Palena, Chieti, Italy, the son of unknown parents.

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Filomena Campana, who he married in ABT 1890 in Palena, Chieti, Italy. Their two known children were Eduardo (1895-?) and Anna (1896-?).

His second wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Gaetano (1894-1990).
